Day 51/365

Tuesday, February 17th:
I went running today! After Kevin got home I did 2 miles. It's the first time I've been out since Thanksgiving and it was really hard, yet really rewarding as well. I also decided that I needed to jumpstart better eating habits and researched different things online. I'm going to go with a detox diet that cut out sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, coffee, fatty foods, food additives, preservatives, etc. It was a tough night with a lot of cravings, but I got through it!

  1. I've done the detox thing a couple times, usually before we are going to get pregnant, just to clear everything out. It IS hard, but so good for your body, and if you can stick to it, its an "easy" way to drop the first couple pounds quick. Hope it goes well for you.
