Everybody loved the sword ceremony. I'd never seen one before so it was great to see. At the end, Major Strout (out of frame) spanked Jenni on the rear (carefully) and said, "Welcome to the Army, Mrs. Haffner." It was great!The wedding was beautiful! It was an hour later than planned which was interesting ... but still beautiful. Everything was great, but progressed rather slowly and we left after one dance. We kind of had ants in our pants during dinner. It was a very, very long drive back to Connecticut and we didn't start until almost 10.
