It's my birthday!!! I turned 27 today. I don't feel any different, though. However, the number of gray hairs on my head has almost caught up to my age ...
It was a low-key day at church. I helped Beth in the pre-school class. We had thought about going somewhere nice for lunch, but Kevin had plans (more about that soon), so we kept it low key. Just my sisters, Ben, Beth and Dad came with the kids and I to Burger King. It was really nice to actually be able to sit with everybody and feel like you could talk to them. I love everybody, but sometimes I enjoy having my family and best friend to myself :)
Kevin got out of drill a little early and took me out for dinner and a movie. Danielle watched the kids at the church (they loved it - Little Lights has so many toys!). It was really nice to have a special night with my husband. Over all, it was a great birthday!
